TERMS OF SERVICE – OVERVIEW

Weekend Service – Saturday & Sunday – For weekend Flower delivery service please call our Main Store on 9610 7726 if you require Weekend Flower Deliveries within our local area or across Metropolitan Sydney.

This website is operated by A&L Florist. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to A&L Florist. A&L Florist offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All orders pending for Same Day Delivery must be placed before 10:30am. Any orders placed after 10:30am may be processed and generated the following business day. Conditions may apply for same day service as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location and availability of flower delivery couriers. According to Country of destination (including distance of delivery location) delivery charges will be structured as follows:-

Standard Next Day Delivery – Australia Only

A&L FLORIST offers a Standard Next Day Delivery service via our online portal (www.alflorist.com.au – powered by Shopify) from Monday to Friday, Australia wide. Customers who place online orders will recieve an automated confirmation email from us upon payment & completion of their order. We advise customers to check their JUNK mailbox folders if they do not receive their ONLINE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. For all other enquires please call our central number:-9610 7726
All orders pending for Online Next Day Delivery will be processed and generated the following business day. Conditions may apply for next day service as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location and availability of flower delivery couriers. According to Country of destination (including distance of delivery location) delivery charges will be structured as follows:-

Weekends and Holidays – National and International

Please note that we offer a Monday to Friday Delivery service, which includes selected Saturdays and Sundays to limited areas.
If you are looking to place a delivery order for the weekend and holiday dates, please call our central number:- 9610 7726 to verify if the requested dates are suitable for delivery from A&L FLORIST. We will try our very best to deliver according to your date and time request on Saturdays and Sundays, but we cannot guarantee any specific dates or timed deliveries including weekends or Holidays. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in limited areas for orders placed by 10.30 am in the recipient’s time zone. In the case of delivery that cannot be made on a particular weekend, then your order will be delivered on the following Monday.

International Deliveries

International orders can be placed online and delivered to a number of worldwide destinations.

Generally, we can process orders bound for international destinations on the same day they are placed. However, we strongly advise that customers allow 24-36 hours notice, as there is no guarantee for same day delivery for international orders.

For all international deliveries, A&L FLORIST wishes to advise that the 10:30am cut off for Same Day Delivery for Australia also applies to all international orders for Same Day Delivery.

(Please note: A&L FLORIST cannot guarantee Same Day Delivery for all international flower orders, so we strongly advise that you allow 24-36 hours notice before the desired delivery date.)
International flower orders may be placed online, however, not all items in the A&L FLORIST or INTERFLORA online store menus are available for international orders.
A&L FLORIST may have to substitute product choices with some orders.

A&L FLORIST will endeavor to do its best with converting all orders placed for international destinations, based on $AUD currency as well as the relevant occasion. Product choices for all overseas destinations will be chosen from the current A&L FLORIST or INTERFLORA  – OVERSEAS ORDERS menu.

All Overseas destinations may require a minimum of 24 to 36 hours lead time, from the time of ordering to desired delivery date.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

A&L FLORIST can not guarantee specific delivery times, but we do our very best to accommodate orders to desired destinations.

We deliver Fresh Flowers & Tributes to every destination including funeral homes. We also do our best to make sure that your order is delivered during business hours or on request of timing. Domestic locations should be delivered before 6.30pm.

If the recipient is not at the location of delivery then we may leave the package in a safe location by the door or alternatively with a neighbour. We will continue to try phoning the recipient or our customers who placed the order based on specific instructions given, this will be at the delivery person’s discretion.

Weekend Delivery

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in limited areas for orders placed by 10.30am in the recipient’s time zone. In case delivery cannot be made on a particular weekend, then your order will be delivered on the following Monday.

Kindly provide us with an alternative address and telephone number for Monday delivery in the “special instructions box / field” while completing the PayPal payment information. We will do our very best to deliver your order on the weekend.

Once again, we do not guarantee delivery on weekends and any orders needed for weekend delivery,

Hospital Deliveries

The florists in our A&L FLORIST network are experienced with deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
A&L FLORIST will send your gift, flower arrangement or fruit / gourmet hamper in accordance with facility procedures, as some hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms.

Please note that many ICU (Intensive Care Unit) patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order with A&L FLORIST.

Public Holiday Deliveries

Customers are also advised to take into account any Public Holidays both here in Australia, as well as all international Public Holidays. Orders placed for delivery on weekend dates and Public Holidays may be subjected to delivery for the next available business day and are subject to Public Holiday delivery rates.

Please be advised that delivery restrictions within our A&L FLORIST delivery network may vary between States on public holidays.

However, A&L FLORIST will endeavor to process and deliver all orders for the desired date as instructed by the customer.

Flower Delivery – Bossley Park, NSW | Your Local Florist

Bossley Park is a suburb of Sydney, 36 kilometers from the CBD. The suburb is named for John Brown Bossley, who owned land in the area. His property, Edensor, was subdivided in 1890, and the new allotment took on his name, becoming Bossley Park. Italian immigrants arrived in the suburb after World War II, and their descendants remain to this day.

A residential area, Bossley Park has no formal business district, with the closest shopping centres and malls in the neighbouring suburbs. Instead, various restaurants, takeaways, and specialty stores are scattered throughout the streets, many of the shops having to do with fashion or design. A & L Florist, Aqua Fashions, Cinderella Moda Dressmakers, Decorations by Jelena and Sydney Beauty Haus are all based in Bossley Park.

Bossley Park Medical Practice can be found in the eastern part of the suburb, and Bossley Park has several aged care facilities. The South West Italian Australian Association (SWIAA) offers both a hostel and a retirement village.

Bossley Park contains several schools, including Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary School, Prairievale Public School, and the Secondary school of Bossley Park High School. Bossley Park Public School was the first school constructed in the district, opening in 1890 with 22 students. Terone Park, found along Restwell Road, offers a multi-use walking/cycling track, a cricket pitch, soccer fields, and netball courts. It is the home of the Bossley Sports Club, which promotes both soccer and netball.

Bossley Park is most famous as the home of the Marconi Stallions Football Club, also known as Club Marconi, a semi-professional soccer organisation. The club was founded in 1956 and named after Guglielmo Marconi, who sent the first direct wireless message from the United Kingdom to Australia. Their home grounds are Marconi Stadium, which is also part of Bossley Park, with their club headquarters beside it. Club Marconi offers a wide variety of sporting facilities including soccer fields, netball courts, a cricket field, fencing facilities, and a tennis and squash centre. Childcare facilities and a variety of restaurants are also available, including the Italian Cucina Galileo. World Gym Marconi is part of the complex, offering visitors the chance to work out at Sydney’s biggest gym.
